Leyfield sits within an Area of Outstanding Beauty. Working closely with the client and within planning policy, we created a modern dwelling with attention to form and proportion, creating relationship with the landscape. Careful consideration was given to the re-use of the existing building and incorporating that into the design. The new dwelling improves visual impact on the area; Siberian larch is used throughout with elements of textured concrete.
