The works to this property is to be carried over phases.

Phase 01 (on-site) is extensive internal modifications works to link the two buildings together and to improve the arrival and movement to the property. A key component of this work has been the relocation of the stairs in the property.

Phase 02 (Site – Summer 2022) is the development work to create a basement entertainment space, which will include home cinema, bar golf simulator and home gym.
